How to Flash Android 8.0 Oreo on Xperia XZ Premium
- Back up all important data you have on your device.
- Download Xperia XZ Oreo update file (Oreo G8141 47.1.A.3.254 Commercial and Journalists_1309-9931_47.1.A.3.254_R1B) from here.
- Switch-off your phone and press Volume Down button and then connect your phone to your Windows PC.
- Unzip the downloaded firmware file into a folder. Delete the Partition folder from the extracted file, and then add Userdata (download from here) in the unzipped folder.
- Finally, run the NewFlasher.exe file and wait until the process complete. After successful installation, disconnects your phone from the PC. (Source – 1, 2)
