QRreader is a little extension for Google Chrome that lets you scan QR code fast and directly from right click (context) menu of your browser. To use this tool, after installation (link below this post), just right click on the QR image, then select “Read QR code from image” and wait a moment.
If QR code is a web link, you will see it in a new tab or, if QR code is a text, you will see it in a prompt box (just click ok to copy it to clipboard). Verdict: It works excellently with most QR codes; however, sometimes it takes little long time to display the result (if it is text). QRreader can be installed from Chrome Web Store here.
